This policy explains what personal data Konshu collects through this website and how it is used. This site currently does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist. We collect the minimum needed to do that.
Who we are

What we collect
- The email address you submit to the waitlist.
- The timestamp of your submission (UTC), the referring page, and any campaign (UTM) parameters present in the link you arrived from.
We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal detail. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Traffic measurement uses a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not identify you.
Why we collect it, and your consent
We use your email solely to notify you about Konshu’s launch and related updates. By submitting the form you consent to this use. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
Who processes it
We store the waitlist in Google Sheets (Google LLC). Your email address is held on Google’s infrastructure under their security and privacy terms. We share your data with no one else and never sell it.
How long we keep it
We retain your email until the launch campaign concludes or until you ask us to erase it, whichever comes first, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected] and we will remove you from the waitlist. We honour rights granted under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR — including the right to erasure.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
